As a member of the Songwriters in Seattle board, I helped Char Seawell launch a monthly email newsletter campaign. I have now taken full responsibility for this endeavor. For more than a decade, I contracted for large companies such as Washington Mutual, Hewlett Packard, Weyerhaeuser, and Microsoft. The technical content that I developed for these companies were largely proprietary, having to do with networks and internal systems. Therefore there is nothing to show.
Even more so than my technical writing, the programming writing content I developed was mostly proprietary. Much of it was for in-house use only. Other content, such as various API and SDK work was published on TechNet and MSDN and looks just like the content everybody else published. We are all quite capable of working to a style guide, and MSDN content clearly reflects that.
For what it is worth, I did document an entire SDK for the purpose of developing mobile apps for Windows 8.1 phones in a corporate environment. However, as always, it was for in-house use only and was completely proprietary. It was likely the largest project I ever accomplished as an individual in the field, and I cannot show it off.
